Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us:

• Inquiry form: name, phone number, email, city, and any message you send us.
• Order checkout: name, phone number, email, delivery address, pincode, the items in your order, and your UPI transaction reference.
• Order lookup: your phone number, and a one-time verification code sent to the email on file for your order.

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Your shopping cart is stored only in your own browser (localStorage) and is never sent to us until you check out.

How we use your information

• To respond to inquiries and process orders.
• To confirm your order and payment via WhatsApp.
• To verify your identity when you look up an order, via a one-time email code.
• To prevent spam and abuse of our forms (e.g. rate-limiting and bot detection).

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Who we share it with

Submitting an inquiry or order opens a pre-filled message to our WhatsApp number via WhatsApp/Meta's platform, which is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy. Payments are made directly by you via your own UPI app to our UPI ID — we do not process or store your payment credentials. Our website is hosted with Hostinger, who stores the underlying data on our behalf.

Data retention

We retain inquiry and order records to fulfil orders, handle any follow-up, and meet basic accounting/record-keeping needs. One-time verification codes expire after 10 minutes and are deleted once used.
