Shipping & Returns

How ordering works

Orders are placed by adding products to your cart, paying the shown amount via UPI, and confirming your order and payment reference with us on WhatsApp. Your order is marked pending verification until we confirm your payment has been received, after which it moves to verified and then shipped.

Shipping

• We currently ship across India.
• Orders are typically dispatched within 2-4 business days of payment verification.
• Delivery timelines depend on your location and our courier partner, and are typically 3-7 business days after dispatch.
• Shipping updates are shared with you directly over WhatsApp using the phone number on your order.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order by messaging us on WhatsApp before it has been dispatched. If you've already paid and the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll refund the full amount to the UPI ID you paid from. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns & refunds

Because our products are consumable wellness/health items, we're only able to accept returns in the following cases:

• You received the wrong product.
• The product arrived damaged or with a broken seal.
• The product is defective.

Please contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. If approved, we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund to your original UPI payment method, processed within 5-7 business days.
